Description: http://apps.leg.wa.gov/WAC/default.aspx?cite=220-16-375WAC 220-16-375Westport Boat Basin."Westport Boat Basin" shall include those waters of Grays Harbor inside the breakwater surrounding the boat basin and inside of lines drawn between lighted day markers 10 and 11 and between lighted day markers 1 and 2 which mark the two entrances to the boat basin.[Statutory Authority: RCW 75.08.080. 84-09-026 (Order 84-22), § 220-16-375, filed 4/11/84.]???? - NOAA charts indicate marker 1 as being north of the breakwater, which doesn't make sense (won't close the basin, e.g.). From satellite imagery, I can't find any hint of a marker at NOAA's indicated position, but there seems to be a light to the WSW of marker 2. I'm using that as the position for "Marker 1".
